1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@essenveda.in with your order number and contact details. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Essence Veda reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in tampered condition
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear images or video proof must be provided
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal and wellness products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, email support@essenveda.in with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photographic or video evidence
After verification, return instructions will be provided. Customers must follow the provided process for approval.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (if applicable), customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered).
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
